Jordan Barkey is a passionate and driven fighter for the rights of his clients with a genuine love for learning and research. Jordan has a unique background which affords him many tools to assist in his practice. His time obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Music has instilled a creativity and drive which form the cornerstones of Jordan's approach to the law.

Jordan's practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation; taking particular joy in handling complex and nuanced cases along with appeals. Jordan also handles issues with contracts. In the past Jordan has represented both companies and individuals in negotiation, reviewing, editing and drafting of contracts.

Jordan attended Wayne State University Law School. There, Jordan's passion for learning and complicated material drove him to take as many courses as he could, eventually exceeding the credit requirement for graduation. In addition, Jordan was a member of Wayne State University Law School's prestigious Moot Court team. As a junior member, Jordan place as a semifinalist in every both competitions he attended and earned the award of second place individual appellate advocate at the Arthur Neef Oral Advocacy Program. In further recognition of his research and writing abilities, Jordan was made the co-Editor-in-Chief of the Moot Court program along with one of his colleagues.

Immediately prior to joining Romano Law PLLC, Jordan worked at another personal injury firm handling all aspects of litigation in the areas of first and third party auto accidents. Jordan also conducted research and wrote memoranda in various other fields including bankruptcy and class action litigation. Jordan also worked at a firm where he practiced all aspects of contract and business litigation. Jordan's drive to zealously help those in need has spanned the entirety of his career, from his work at the Free Legal Aid Clinic of Detroit through to the present and will continue on throughout his career.
