Stanley Ijedimma Okoli
Stanley Okoli was born in Portland, Oregon and spent most of his youth in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. Apart from his love for western movies, has an avid interest in local politics and is currently serving as a volunteer policy director for two candidates; Shahab Ahmed and Al Williams running to be the Michigan State Representatives for the 5th and 7th district respectively.
He received his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 2009. He was an associate editor on the Wayne Law Review, a national Mock Trial Team finalist (STAP) and a governor at large on the Student Board of Governors. During that time, he also worked as a law clerk for the honorable judge Szymanski at the probate court, and subsequently for the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
He graduated in 2006 with high distinction from the University of Michigan Dearborn with dual majors in print journalism and political science, as well as a minor in management information systems.
